Rider Fitness and Biomechanics Classes, every Monday evening 7pm at The Chantry Hall, Bedale DL8 1AB.
ALL fitness levels welcome, exercises tailored to YOU and your body, focus is on correct application rather than how much you can sweat and feel exhausted!
NON RIDERS very welcome.
To ask our horses and ponies to be supple, balanced, connected and straight is fine, but what if WE are part of THEIR problem?
Every rider has weakness, it’s a fact, and weakness is often mistaken for tightness, which then allows your “strong side” to do it all, creating an even large imbalance of motion.
Biomechanics sessions are now available for everyone, even remote sessions can be done, no horse required or fancy gym stuff, just a desire to be the best you can for your horse.
What are biomechanics? Well in a nutshell, it is looking at the way you use your body and how it SHOULD be used, there is an element of Pilates and yoga within it, along with the all important aspects of that thing we do all the time…. Breathing.
We welcome everyone from total beginners to athletic people, so don't be shy, come along and have a FREE session with us and see how you feel afterwards.
