We are delighted to announce that Senior National and International course designer Mark McGowan will be coming to Askham Bryan on Saturday 1 February to give us his insights into Show Jump Course Building.
Mark has a wealth of experience at all levels in the equestrian sport both nationally and Internationally, and this is an ideal opportunity to learn the basics of course design, what considerations are given when designing a course, and what the desired outcomes are.
It will be an interactive session where participants will assist in building a course and discussing the various aspects of the design as they go along.
This is open to all BRC Area 4 ridiing club commitees and their members.
Session will take place 2pm onwards at Askahm Bryan Arena, refreshment will be available.
