9am - 5pm at Catterick Leisure Centre
Training will be given in Shoot, swim, run, strength and conditioning and nutrition.
Priority will be given to those who competed at intermediate or open in 2024. However if there are any places available then those who have recently moved up to intermediate from Junior may be able to partcipate.
