We are looking forward to bringing our exciting Hobby Horse Competition to this premium indoor arena (with a lovely café) for the very first time! π
Expect a full day of fun-filled activities and thrilling races – whether you’re a total beginner, a seasoned jumper, or a fan of fancy dress, there’s something here for every hobby horse enthusiast! ππ
𧑠Everyone’s welcome – including children with any range of disability or neurodiversity. We’re always happy to help make things easier – just ask! π
π Event Timings
10am – Check in, collect your rider number and warm up! Parents can grab a coffee and chill near the food van (bring camp chairs). ππ
π Ring 1 – Jumping Fun
30cm Show Jumping – Clear round timed jump-off
40cm Show Jumping – Same course, a little taller!
50cm Pairs – Relay style with a friend π«
60cm Advanced – Test your skills! πͺ
Accumulator – Dash around and collect points in 30 seconds β±οΈ
Grand National – Teams of 4 race to win medals! ππ
π Ring 2 – Creative & Speedy Challenges
Best Turned Out – Style your pony! Optional rider costume too ππ
Mounted Games – Obstacle madness – how fast can you go? β³πβοΈ
Scurrying – Two riders, one pole, twisty course = teamwork magic! π€
Barrel Racing – Classic cloverleaf race around barrels π
Chase Me, Charlie – One jump gets higher each go. Will you make it? π₯
Dressage – Freestyle to music or ask for a test – show us your flair! πΆπΊ

π Entry Fee: £10 per child (covers premium venue, facilities & staff travel)
π§ Parents non-participating siblings = FREE
Class Options:
First Timer Special – 1 class = £10
4 classes = £40
6 classes = £60
Unlimited classes FREE loan pony = £90 π΄π
On-the-day classes = £11 each (no multi-class discount)
Loan Pony (Crafty Pony Hobby Horse): £5
